Testimonials

Below are a few testimonials from couples I have married! I am so thankful for everyone who has taken the time to write about my services.

Loved Him!

Every single guest loved him and so do we! We look forward to seeing him again one of these days on another trip from CT to FL! Thank you for making our day extra special Dr Claus! -With Love, -Kat and Mike

Expectations

Dr. Claus exceeded our expectations and I have no trouble recommending him to anyone seeking someone to perform a wedding ceremony. My wife and I are from different races and have very different backgrounds, and also have both deeply held and conflicting views on religion and ceremony.

Fabulous

Dr. Claus was fabulous! He is so sweet, caring and easy to work with. As we got closer to our wedding date, he always made sure to text us and check-in to see if we needed anything.

Amazing

Dr. Claus is amazing! He is kind and professional. He takes the time to sit down with you and really understand what you want in a ceremony - which is completely customizable.

Perfect Match

From the very first conversation we had with Dr. Claus when looking for someone to officiate our wedding, we knew we found the perfect match. He is funny, charismatic and extremely passionate about what he does.

A Breeze

Kenneth Claus gave us such a smooth ceremony planning process. We had to plan remotely which seemed a little overwhelming at first, but he made it such a breeze.

Wonderful

Dr. Claus was a wonderful officiant for our wedding! He was very organized and incorporated everything we wanted for our marriage ceremony.

True love is the joy of life.

My Portfolio

"Magic still exists. It exists in special moments. Weddings are such a special moment. Magical."

About Me

Dr. Claus comes with an interesting bio to say the least. He has been a large church sr. minister, a hostage negotiator and presently teaches English literature and composition at Florida International University as well as founding the Religious Studies program at Miami Dade College- Kendall campus.Currently, Dr. Claus is also the minister of All Souls Miami, a Unitarian Universalist congregation in the Kendall section of Miami.

Dr. Claus graduated from Union Theological Seminary (affiliated with Columbia University) and received his doctorate from Boston University. His major work in seminary was early church history and the history and practice of Christian worship.

Rate My Professors listed Dr. Claus as one of the top 25 professors in the U.S. for 2009-2010 ( he was 19th); in 2011 the student body of F.I.U. elected him out of 7,000 faculty to give the first "What Would You Say" (if it was your last lecture). Miami Dade College -Kendall heard that same lecture also in 2011.
